The Djesse World Tour supports Collier’s epic Djesse album series — a four-part musical journey that has redefined the boundaries of genre and collaboration, which has led to seven GRAMMY wins and 15 GRAMMY nominations, making him the first British artist in history to win at least one Grammy for each of his first 5 studio albums. His fearless approach to music has attracted a plethora of 100+ collaborators, including Coldplay, Camilo, SZA, Shawn Mendes, John Mayer, Stormzy, Lizzy McAlpine, John Legend, Tori Kelly, Anoushka Shankar, Quincy Jones, Oumou Sangaré, Hans Zimmer and Joni Mitchell.

"I’m so excited to bring this iteration of the tour to Australia," says Collier. "the sound of the audience choirs I conducted during the shows in these cities back in 2022 deeply influenced the sound of Djesse Vol. 4, so to return and celebrate this record with you feels like a homecoming of sorts!"

Fresh off the stage from two sold-out Adelaide Cabaret Festival shows to rave reviews at Her Majesty’s Theatre over the weekend, Jacob continues his Australian visit with a week of media promo commitments in Melbourne and Sydney, including a very special Jacob Collier Q&A and Masterclass for music students to be held at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, University of Sydney this Friday 13 June.

"A truly memorable experience and a treat for any music-lover." – Glam Adelaide

"The feeling of inclusion and kinship was wonderful. It was utterly beautiful." – Broadway World

"Collier’s banter with the audience is effortless, creating an atmosphere of warmth and familiarity. It is a masterclass in engagement." – The Barefoot Review

    ABOUT NAI PALM

Australian songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist Nai Palm (born Naomi Saalfield) co-founded her soulful, futuristic indie quartet Hiatus Kaiyote in 2011. Along with other Melbourne area musicians, Nai crafted enormously produced songs that drew on elements of jazz, hip-hop, and neo-soul, and their music quickly drew the attention of fans and peers alike. Their brand grew exponentially over time when big names in the music industry sang their praises. The band's songs were sampled for hit records by superstar artists such as Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and Anderson Paak.

Following the release of their 2015 album, Choose Your Weapon, Nai retreated to the Australian desert to record her first solo effort. The resultant album, 2017's Needle Paw, was a departure from the high-definition production and futuristic style of Hiatus Kaiyote, with Nai opting instead to build her songs from a minimal template of guitar and layered vocals. The stripped-down and intimate-feeling album consisted of several covers, a few original compositions, and rearranged readings of Hiatus Kaiyote tunes.
