Frontier Touring, Chugg Entertainment & Potts Entertainment regret to advise that under the Australian Government COVID-19 directive to restrict all non-essential indoor gatherings of more than 100 people, the Introducing Nashville concerts will no longer be able to proceed as scheduled.
Unfortunately these shows are not able to be rescheduled at this time, and as such ticketholders are entitled to a full refund.
Due to the large number of refunds being processed across the industry, it is expected to take longer than usual. Your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account. It can take between 5-7 business days for the funds to return to your account. If you have not been refunded within 21 business days, please contact your original point of purchase to enquire.
