HOW DO I ACCESS A PRE-SALE?

Chugg VIP Pre-Sale Access is a reward for members who stay signed up to the Chugg VIP List to receive our emails.

It allows our fans early access to tickets, ahead of the general public.

General public tickets will always be available once a Pre-Sale has concluded.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE A PRE-SALE LINK?

Pre-Sale Links are usually sent out the day before a Pre-Sale starts and/or when a tour is announced.

If you aren’t signed up to the Chugg VIP List before the email is sent out you won’t receive it, and you won’t be able to access the Pre-Sale.

When you sign up to the Chugg VIP List, if you didn’t select the artist’s genre OR the state the show is in, you will not receive the Pre-Sale email.  This is because we try not to bombard you with emails you won’t enjoy or you have indicated are not relevant to you.  You can update your music preferences at any time at chu.gg/signup.

Make sure you check your spam, clutter or junk folders, as sometimes pre-sale emails are filtered into these folders.

 

MY TICKET CONFIRMATION DIDN’T COME THROUGH/I CAN’T GET ONTO THE TICKETING WEBSITE/ARE THESE TICKETS AVAILABLE/CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET?

Please contact the Authorised Ticket Seller for answers to above questions.

WHO IS THE SUPPORT FOR THIS SHOW?

If this information isn’t listed in our website or our Facebook event (found on the events page of our Facebook here), then the support announcement is still to come or there isn’t a support on the show. Please keep checking our website and Facebook for updates.

 

I BOUGHT TICKETS FROM VIAGOGO OR FACEBOOK – WILL I BE ABLE TO GET INTO THE SHOW?

If a ticket is not purchased through an Authorised Ticket Seller, then we can’t guarantee entry to a show.

If you aren’t sure who the Authorised Ticket Seller for a show is, have a look on our website by heading to the artist’s page and clicking TICKETS next to your desired show.

We strongly caution against buying tickets from anyone other than the Authorised Ticket Seller.

Any purchase made through an unauthorised ticket company is done at your own risk.

There is no way we (or the Authorised Ticketing Seller) can confirm whether the tickets you purchase from an unauthorised ticketing company are valid or invalid until you turn up at the show and the tickets are scanned.

 

CAN I BRING MY BABY/CHILD TO THIS EVENT?

This varies from event to event.

We strongly recommend against young children attending music events for health and safety concerns.

In saying this, many shows will allow “babes in arms” to be permitted for children under two years of age.

We request that you provide hearing protection for your child and be mindful of the comfort and enjoyment of other patrons around you.

Please make a point to read the relevant event information as there will be restrictions on bags, bag sizes and items that can be brought into each venue.

 

UNDER 18 ACCESS?

Please make sure you check the age restrictions for the specific show you wish to attend.

Often even when under 18s are allowed there will be a requirement that they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Under 18 tickets should be bought with age restrictions in mind.

If a guardian is required, and you turn up at the show without one, you will be denied entry, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE VENUE?

Please read the Conditions of Sale on the Ticketing website and the Venue rules to see what you can and cannot bring into the Venue.

You can also contact the Venue if you have any questions.

 

DRUG CONSUMPTION/PILL-TESTING?

While drug-consumption and pill-testing continues to be an evolving conversation, we do not support the dealing or consumption of illicit drugs, and ask all patrons not to bring or take anything in advance of the show.

Be safe, take care of yourselves and keep an eye on your friends.

Pre-Sale Limit is 6 per customer.

General Public Sale Limit is 10 per customer.

TICKET DELIVERY INFORMATION

For the Australian leg of Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road, all tickets (incl. VIP Package tickets, but not incl. merchandise), whether purchased online, by phone, or at outlets, will commence delivery and/or collection from: Monday 30 September 2019.

VIP PACKAGE INFORMATION

There is a range of VIP Packages available for sale on all shows (except Mission Estate, NZ) costing between $325 and $1499.

The Mission Estate, NZ show does not have VIP package options.
