Q: Is it true that Mary J. Blige’s concerts that were scheduled for June, and then postponed to November, will not be going ahead?

Yes, unfortunately Mary J. Blige’s management have confirmed that due to re-scheduling issues surrounding Mary’s existing international tour schedule and personal commitments, the 2008 tour of Australia and New Zealand will no longer go ahead.

Q. Are the Mary J. Blige concerts ever going to happen?

Chugg Entertainment regretfully advises that the tour schedule for 2008 will not go ahead. Unfortunately no future Mary J Blige tour dates are being discussed at this time.

Q. Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Yes. You will need to go back to your point of purchase to arrange a refund.

Q. HOW TO OBTAIN A FULL REFUND

Online/Telephone – If you purchased tickets online or via the telephone, the full purchase price of your tickets will be refunded automatically to the credit card used to make the original purchase.  (Please allow seven days for the refund to come through.)
 
Outlet/Agency – If you purchased your tickets at a Ticketek or Ticketmaster agency, please take your tickets back to the place purchase as detailed below for a full refund.

PERTH
Tickets purchased at a Ticketek outlet for the Perth show must be returned to Burswood Head Office Agency, located at the Burswood Dome. Tickets may also be returned to the Perth mailing address (below) to obtain a full refund.
