On the eve of his 2012 Australian tour we’re excited to confirm NSW singer/songwriter, Anabelle Kay, will open for Newton Faulkner at all of his 4 shows. Anabelle’s enchanting combination of country & folk music will be the perfect compliment to Newton’s sparkling style of guitar pop, and together the two will treat audiences to a night they’ll be sure to remember. Newton Faulkner’s tour kicks of this Sunday night in Brisbane.

Chugg Entertainment and Bluesfest Touring must regrettably confirm the cancellation of Newton Faulkner's Perth show at the Fly By Night on Saturday 22nd September. Due to scheduling conflicts, this performance at the end of the run is now not possible. Newton hopes to return to Australia soon and will ensure he visits Perth on his next tour.

Hot off the heels of his third studio album, Write It On Your Skin, Newton Faulkner will be making his anticipated return to Australia for a string of intimate club shows in September.

The tour begins on Sunday 16 September with a show at The Zoo in Brisbane, Monday 17 September at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory, Tuesday 18 September at The Corner Hotel in Melbourne, and finishes up on Thursday 20 September at Fowler’s Live in Adelaide. Having previously toured Australia in theatres on the mainstage at major music festivals these shows are a rare opportunity to experience this incredible artist in intimate venues.
