2nd Sydney show and venue change in
Melbourne for Florence & The Machine
Following the news that both the Sydney and Melbourne FLORENCE & THE MACHINE side shows sold out in hours (and with the Sydney Laneway Festival now sold out), the Laneway Festival is pleased to announce a second show at Sydney's Metro Theatre and an upgrade to Melbourne's Palace Theatre.
The huge demand for tickets to the young London band is not surprising given the steady amount of praise that has been thrown at them for both their stunning Mercury prize-nominated debut Lungs and electrifying live performances.
'Florence and the Machine's mad art-pop will be 2009's most beautiful noise'
The Guardian
'Florence...manages to be grandiose, relatable, and incessantly catchy all at the same time'
Popmatters
