PRE-SALES
What is a pre-sale and how does it work?
A pre-sale is an opportunity to secure tickets to an event before they go on sale to the general public. Please note that a pre-sale is not a preferential seating service, and a selection of tickets throughout the venue are reserved for the general public on-sale.
Pre-sale tickets will generally only be available online during a specific time period, or until the allocation of pre-sale tickets is exhausted. If you are not able to access tickets during the pre-sale period then you will still be able to try again when tickets go on sale to the general public.
In order to have access to Chugg Entertainment pre-sales you must be registered as a Chugg Entertainment member. The pre-sale information will then be sent to you via an email newsletter to the address that appears on your member profile.
How do I find out about a pre-sale/how can I access pre-sale tickets?
In order to receive pre-sale information for a particular tour, you must be registered as a Chugg Entertainment member by the deadline outlined on the specific tour page of the Chugg Entertainment website. You will then be sent an email newsletter containing the links and/or password required to access the pre-sale.
Please note that pre-sale tickets will only be available during the pre-sale period, or until the allocation of pre-sale tickets has been exhausted. If you are not able to access tickets during the pre-sale period then you will still be able to try again when tickets go on sale to the general public. A selection of tickets throughout the venue is always reserved for the general public on-sale to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to purchase great seats.

WORK EXPERIENCE & INTERNSHIPS
There are a limited number of voluntary work experience placements and internships available in the Chugg Entertainment office for 18+ applicants only.
If you are interested in applying for one of these positions then please contact us using the form on our Contact page and select ‘Work Experience’ as the subject heading from the drop down menu, or send a copy of your resume with a brief cover letter to info@chuggentertainment.com
Please note that due to the level of interest that we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted if and when a position becomes available.
MEDIA QUERIES & REQUESTS
I would like to request a photo pass to a Chugg Entertainment event
Chugg Entertainment has little discretion over the photo policy for a given tour and all requests must be approved by the act’s management prior to the performance.
Please send your requests using the form on the Contact page and select ‘Media Requests’ as the subject heading from the drop down menu. Your request will then be forwarded to the relevant publicist or tour coordinator for consideration, and a representative will be in contact if there are any opportunities available.
If you are contacting Chugg Entertainment on behalf of a photo agency then we would appreciate requests being limited to one photographer per tour.
Unfortunately due to the number of requests that we receive, Chugg Entertainment cannot accredit freelance or student photographers.
I would like to review a Chugg Entertainment event
Please note that Chugg Entertainment only holds a limited number of tickets for reviewers, and preference will be given to those established media outlets that we have worked with or that have provided coverage in the lead-up to the tour or event.
Please send your requests using the form on the Contact page and select ‘Media Requests’ as the subject heading from the drop down menu. Your request will then be forwarded to the relevant publicist or tour coordinator for consideration, and a representative will be in contact if there are any opportunities available.
If your outlet has supported the event or provided coverage in advance then please feel free to note this, as it will be looked upon favourably when we are short-listing requests.
I would like to request an interview with an artist that Chugg Entertainment is touring
Interview time with artists is often extremely limited, so while we will endeavour to accommodate all of the requests that we receive, it may not be possible in some instances.
If you would like to request an interview with an artist that Chugg Entertainment is touring then please send your enquiry using the form on the Contact page and select ‘Media Requests’ as the subject heading from the drop down menu. Along with including details on the media outlet, you should also specify whether you are requesting a pre-tour or on-ground interview.
Your request will then be forwarded to the relevant publicist or tour coordinator for consideration, and a representative will be in contact if there are any opportunities available.
COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK
Customer feedback is important to us and we are always keen to hear ideas on how events can be improved.
If you wish to make a complaint or offer feedback about a Chugg Entertainment event then please contact us in writing with details. Your correspondence will then be forwarded to the relevant tour personnel or associate for their reference. We may not be able to address all concerns, but will endeavour to respond to complaints where possible.
Please note that if you have a concern on the night of the performance we would advise that you approach a venue staff member immediately to attempt to rectify the situation. There are generally contingencies in place to deal with a wide range of issues, including seating and sound concerns, and they will be best placed to ensure that your concert experience is enjoyable.
